Once we’ve aligned on the design direction, we’ll detail everything out with comprehensive drawings, high-fidelity 3D renders, and selections for all of your materials, finishes, and fixtures.

• Material, finish & fixture selections

When your designs are complete, you’ll have everything in-hand to get general contractor pricing. You’ll have help to select trusted partners and answer builders’ questions, and designs will be adjusted as needed to align with budgetary goals. When construction starts, I’ll stay closely connected to ensure your designs are executed as planned.

Once construction is on its way, we can plan out your bespoke furniture, decor & accessories scheme that will put the finishing touch on your new home. Or you may start in this phase for a furnishings-only project.

We’ll take care of quoting & ordering for all key design fixtures & furnishings, keeping your project on-budget, on-schedule, and aligned with the design plans.

• Warehousing until final installation
