Once we’ve aligned on the design direction, we’ll detail everything out with comprehensive drawings, high-fidelity 3D renders, and selections for all of your materials, finishes, and fixtures.

When your designs are complete, you’ll have everything in-hand to get general contractor pricing. I’ll help to recommend trusted partners, answer builders’ questions, and adjust designs as needed to align with budgetary goals. Once construction begins, I will help to ensure your designs are realized exactly as planned.

Once construction is on its way, we can plan out your bespoke furniture, decor & accessories scheme that will put the finishing touch on your new home. Or you may start in this phase for a furnishings-only project.
