Canyon Residence was a classic 90’s traditional home with a spacious floorplan, but a dysfunctional kitchen layout and cabinetry damage from a water leak. Additionally, the downstairs powder room had an outdated look that didn’t match the elegance of the rest of the house. We transformed the layout of the kitchen by rotating the island placement, moving the fridge, and installing a spacious pantry. The kitchen was finished with brand new cabinetry, a custom dark green island, brass fixtures, quartz countertops, ceramic pendants, and handmade zellige tiles for a warm, modern feel. The powder room followed suit with matching forest green paint, a lovely toile wallpaper, and brass detailing.
